About me

My Story

I have always had an interest in human psychology, behaviour & relationships and combined with a natural curiosity and interest in people, my first path in life led me to the USA. I explored this completely different world and realised that my roots would always remain in Europe.
So I returned after half a decade and felt the need to explore what other options I had in life. Initially, I was a qualified educator specialising in early childhood development, but this was not exciting enough for me. So I started working in the financial sector in Luxembourg, specialising in relationship management for one of the largest asset managers in the world.
This decade was marked by learning a new profession and earning money, satisfying my natural curiosity by meeting lots of people, travelling and networking. Meanwhile, I began my own little journey into psychology - a subject that continues to interest me to this day. I began to explore the more meaningful side of life by attending workshops and courses related to self-development and psychology.
It was also during this time that I met the father of my children and we started a family. Motherhood finally gave me the meaning and fulfilment I had been craving, so I stopped working to concentrate on the upbringing, care and growth of my children. It was by far the best decision I had ever made and I saw the circle of life closing and it helped me to understand human behaviour much better.
Life was perfect until I was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm in 2020. I was told that I had to have a life-saving surgery within the next 3 weeks. We were all in shock at this time and it was only the love for my children that gave me the strength to look forward and trust in the road ahead. Fortunately, the operation went very well and after a year of recovery I was able to get back to life. This situation and all its challenges did something to me. It made me question my life, my love and my purpose. I had this urge to break free and change direction. This led to separating from my husband and being on my own again, after a decade of caring for my family and now putting myself and my needs first.
So my journey brought me back to the financial sector to earn the money I needed to fund my own life and pay for what would be my next goal.
Now, I was able to follow my heart - I decided to become a life coach. A wish that I had for many years, but was lacking the courage to follow this vision. This is the path I am still following. I am in my second year of studies and working on becoming sexual health coach.
I have worked with a coach myself to grow and learn, attended courses to engage and began to study this topic, as well as learned from my own life experiences. As I approach mid age, I can look back on a life full of joy, but also challenges that I have mastered, learned from and failed at. The sum of these experiences has made me who I am today.
A confident, empathetic woman with the ability to relate, listen and support you on your journey through life, gaining clarity and confidence to face the challenges ahead.
My studies of psychology, my engaging personality - paired with my interest in people and relationships - form the basis of my work. I feel privileged to join you on your path, so feel free to get in touch.
